Sanjeev Dheer

FOUNDER & CEO

Prior to CENTRL, Sanjeev was Co-Founder and CEO of CashEdge, a financial technology company which was acquired by Fiserv in 2011. He continued as President of the CashEdge Division of Fiserv after the acquisition. Prior to starting CashEdge, Sanjeev was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in New York where he served major financial and technology companies. Sanjeev started his career at the United Nations Development Program in New York. Sanjeev has an MBA from Stanford Business School where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, MA in Computer Science from Queens College/CUNY and MA in History from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi.

Chris Marino

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chris is responsible for all operations, finance, sales, support & services. Chris brings deep operations experience across technology and financial industries. Prior to CENTRL, Chris was VP, US Banking, CashEdge Division at Fiserv and VP, Client Services at CashEdge prior to the acquisition. Additionally, Chris has held senior leadership and consulting positions with D+H/Fundtech, Guardian Analytics, BEA/ Oracle and Hewlett-Packard. Chris has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and BS in Computer Science and Finance from Santa Clara University.

Shailesh Alawani

VP, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Shailesh is responsible for product management and design. He brings deep product management experience in financial and enterprise technology. Prior to CENTRL, Shailesh was Director of Product Management at Greendot where he managed consumer money movement products at retail point of sale. Before Greendot, Shailesh was the Director of Product Management at Fiserv and CashEdge. Previously, Shailesh has held product management positions at Merced Systems (acquired by NICE Systems), and Serus Inc. (acquired by E2Open). Shailesh holds an MBA from University of South Carolina and BS in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Greg Smelker

VP, ENGINEERING

Greg leads Product Engineering and QA. Greg has extensive experience in delivering highly secure systems in the financial and enterprise technology space. Prior to CENTRL, Greg was Senior Director, Core Engineering at Fiserv and at CashEdge before that. His responsibilities included architecture and the backend for the money movement products in digital payments. Prior to Cashedge, Greg was at Oracle/BEA. Greg has a BS in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Chad Whitney

VP, SALES & CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Chad heads sales and customer success for North America across all verticals and industries. Prior to CENTRL, Chad held sales and management roles at Fiserv, CashEdge, Salesforce and GlobeOne/Meed. Chad has managed tier 1 relationships across financial services, technology and insurance clients throughout his career including facilitating and coordinating all VRM and TRPM responses and escalations.

John Clelland

VP, MARKETING

John is responsible for CENTRL's global marketing programs, leveraging his strategic and tactical experience in business development, sales and marketing (B2B, B2C, B2G), product planning, metrics analysis, SEM/SEO, channel management, public relations, and outbound marketing communications, gained at Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Trend Micro, and others, while consulting in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Aditya Sharma

MANAGING DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL

Aditya leads CENTRL's International Business and is responsible for its international market strategy, sales and business development. He is an accomplished, dynamic leader with over 25 years of global professional experience. Previously, Aditya has served as Asia Managing Director for Williams Lea (a global marketing technology services company acquired by Deutsche WorldNet), Asia Managing Director for Capital One, and Senior Vice President for JP Morgan Chase in New York and Chicago. Aditya has also served in senior responsibilities at McKinsey & Company in New York and Sydney, and as Managing Director in the venture capital firm eVentures where he invested in MakeMyTrip (Nasdaq IPO), NetMagic (acquired by NTT), etc. Aditya holds an MBA from University of Rochester where he won the Karl Brunner Award, an MS in Computer Engineering from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from University of Mumbai.

Ronald Pimentel

VP, SYSTEMS OPERATIONS

Ronald is responsible for all network and technology operations. Ronald has extensive experience running highly secure operations for financial services and high volume transaction platforms. Prior to CENTRL, Ronald was VP, Technology Operations for the CashEdge division of Fiserv. His responsibilities included service delivery of the money movement and aggregation products. In this role, he oversaw systems platform architecture, application delivery, and security/compliance. Prior to CashEdge, Ronald was Director of Information Technology at EzRez/Switchfly where he led both customer facing production and internal technology teams. Ronald also previously held roles at Ellie Mae where he led the operations team and its SaaS operations.

Rupali Chopra

GENERAL COUNSEL

As General Counsel, Rupali is responsible for all legal and compliance functions. Prior to CENTRL, Rupali was General Counsel of CashEdge Inc. Rupali has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry covering corporate, IP and regulatory matters. Rupali earned her LLM from Columbia University and her LLB from Delhi University, India.

Kersi F. Porbunderwalla

PRESIDENT AND CEO OF THE EU GDPR INSTITUTE AND SECRETARY-GENERAL OF COPENHAGEN®

As a global authority on GDPR, Mr. Porbunderwalla functions as an advisor, teacher, instructor, researcher, commentator and practitioner on Data Protection and Data Privacy, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC) and IT security, Bribery, Fraud and Corruption (BFC) and Corporate Social/Stakeholder Responsibility (CSR) issues. He was an associate professor, examiner, and tutor at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) from 1984-1993. Earlier in the 1980's he was a member of the board of directors for Westin Hotels' Financial Services Committee. Mr. Porbunderwalla was a director at RGP, a US stock listed consultancy company (2007-14).

Mr. Porbunderwalla is the founder and Secretary-General of Copenhagen Compliance®, Riskability, RegComTech and The EU GDPR Institute, and is a global speaker, having conducted several hundred workshops on Data Privacy, GRC, and IT Security issues on four continents. He regularly lectures at The Govt. Law College (Thrissur, India) Georgetown University (Washington) Cass Business School, (London) and Fordham University (New York), and conducts workshops and provides guidance on GDPR, GRC/CSR/BFC issues. The list of clients includes several global and medium-sized companies like Volvo, IBM, Shell, ExxonMobil, Lundin Mining, BP, and The Tata Group.

Maura Harris

DIRECTOR OF DUE DILIGENCE AT BOSTWICK CAPITAL

Ms. Harris is the Director of Due Diligence at Bostwick Capital, a fund of hedge funds based in New York. Ms. Harris is responsible for operational due diligence on external hedge fund investments and Bostwick's vendor due diligence program.

Ms. Harris brings over 25 years experience in asset management to CENTRL. The majority of her career has been performing operational due diligence on alternative asset managers. Ms. Harris experience includes management positions at Permal, Bank of America Alternative Investment Group, GAM, and Prudential. In 2012, Ms. Harris began to reinvent traditional due diligence by incorporating technology to improve the execution and effectiveness of due diligence.

Eva Pittas

CEO/FOUNDER OF FINTECH BRCG

Ms. Pittas is the CEO and Founder of FinTech BRCG, a consulting and advisory firm helping early stage FinTechs build right sized risk and compliance programs to help them manage their risk and shorten their procurement process.

Ms. Pittas is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years experience in risk & control management and operations & technology. As a Managing Director at Citigroup, Ms. Pittas has experience managing large scale, enterprise wide risk and control programs resulting in management transparency and improved audit and regulatory ratings. In her prior role, Ms. Pittas served as Citigroup's Global Head of Information Technology Risk & Control which included Third Party Risk Management. Ms. Pittas has experience with global regulators and led the design of the Strategic Target Operating Model for Third Party Risk Management for the Institutional Clients Group. Ms. Pittas is a graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business.
